Ordering Information
Order Deadline: Place orders at least 5 working days in advance (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) by 5 pm.
Availability: Festive items are available from 12 November 2024 to 1 January 2025.
For deliveries scheduled between 23 – 26 December 2024, orders must be placed by 16 December 2024 (Monday) by 5 pm. The final order date for all festive items is 19 December 2024 (Thursday) by 5 pm.
Delivery & Self-Collection
Festive Surcharge: A $10 surcharge applies to all orders (delivery and self-collection) on 14 – 26 December, 31 December 2024, and 1 January 2025.
Delivery Times: Available for Roasted Meat, Savoury & Bundle Deals from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm or 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
Self-Collection: Available at selected locations only: JEM, Toa Payoh HDB Hub, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, Changi City Point, Waterway Point, Sengkang General Hospital, Downtown East, and SingPost Centre. Collection times are 1:00 pm or 6:00 pm.
