- Early Bird Promotion till 15 December 2024, Sunday.
- Festive items are available from 12 Nov 2024 – 01 Jan 2025.
- Orders must be made at least 5 working days in advance, from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays). Orders received after 5pm will moved to the next working day. Example: Monday Earliest Delivery on the following Monday; Friday Earliest Delivery on the following Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Full payment is required upon placing the order online.
- For delivery between 23 – 26 December 2024, orders must be made by 16 December 2024, Monday, 5pm.
- Last order date for delivery between 27 – 31 December 2024 & 1 January 2025 on 19 December 2024, Thursday, 5pm.
- Any order amendments or cancellations must be made at least 3 working days before 5pm, from Monday to Friday prior to the delivery/collection date and verified by Délifrance sales team via email.
- There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total bill for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the delivery/collection date. No refund will be given for order cancellation made less than 24 hours.
- A Festive Surcharge of $10/order will be applicable for all order(s) (Delivery/Self-Collection) falls on 14 – 26 & 31 December 2024 & 1 January 2025.
- All prices stated are inclusive of prevailing GST.
- Weightage of roast meat indicated are approximate raw weight measurement. All hot food items will be in room temperature. Reheating is recommended before serving. No pre-portioning services available.
- Disposable wares are not included and can be purchased here.
- Délifrance reserves the right to change and substitute products of equal value in the event of any unavailability of product featured in catalogue.
- Pictures are for illustration purposes, presentation and actual products may differ from pictures shown.
- Decorations, trimmings, garnishes, tablewares, and cutleries shown are not included. Cake design may subject to slight variation and decorations used may vary.
