Order Deadlines
Orders should be placed at least 5 working days in advance (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) before 5 pm. Festive items are available from 12 November 2024 to 1 January 2025.
For deliveries scheduled between 23 and 26 December 2024, please ensure orders are placed by 16 December 2024 (Monday) by 5 pm. The final order cut-off date for all festive items is 19 December 2024 (Thursday) by 5 pm.
Festive Surcharge
Please note, a $10 festive surcharge per order applies for all deliveries and self-collections on 14–26 December, 31 December 2024, and 1 January 2025.
